Don't take our word for it. If you’re not entirely satisfied for any reason, after using Ao Skincare for two months (each product lasts for 2 months), simply contact us to receive a prompt refund.*

Ao Skincare’s Money Back Guarantee is available only if you purchase the entire range. If after using an Ao Skincare set (for the full 2-month supply) you are not satisfied for any reason, email onlinestore@aoskincare.com within 8 weeks of the date of purchase. We will supply you with an authorization number for you to include when you ship the  bottles or tubes back to us.

You must ship the bottles or tubes back to us using a tracked shipping service within 1 month of receiving the authorization number. Once the bottles or tubes arrive, you will be refunded the full price of your purchase, LESS a $30 administration cost, to the credit card used to purchase the goods. Please allow 20 working days to receive the refund.

The Money Back Guarantee is only valid for online purchases of Ao Skincare via www.aoskincare.com. If you have purchased the products from a retailer, salon, spa or other website, you will be subject to their returns policy.

This guarantee is in addition to and does not replace your statutory rights and protections. No responsibility will be accepted by Ao Skincare for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or illegible refund claims due to error, omission, tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise.

Ao Skincare reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, disqualify any refund claim that we have reason to believe does not comply with the Terms and Conditions and/or verify the validity of all claimants, as it deems necessary. Ao Skincare’s decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of Ao Skincare, Distil Skincare LLC, its agencies and companies associated with Ao Skincare are ineligible to apply for a refund. Immediate family is any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, or first cousin.
