What does your breakfast look like? Is it a sugar bomb presenting itself as a "healthy cereal packed with goodness"? Boy, I hope it isn't. I used to be so proud to enjoy my morning with a bowl of such cereal thinking I was a good girl until I glanced the "Ingredients" section of the packet. Game over from them on. I personally hated oats. Cooked or uncooked, they seemed absolutely tasteless to me. However, what I found out, as you learn more about the health benefits of a hated product, somehow a desire to take advantage of those benefits takes over the negative aspects. I believe that our bodies are smarter than we realise and they practically rebuild our thinking around some foods to convince us to eat them.

Surprisingly (or not so much), since late last year I started to enjoy (yes, enjoy) OATS. They are packed with health benefits and my skin looks so much better, unbelievable. Now is your turn to try.
