Considering the amount of information our there, how do you know what is true? With millions of reviews, opinions and advice on skin related matters we see each day, sometimes it is difficult to determine the validity of them.
Dairy has been getting a bad rap, as of late. The internet is full of anecdotal evidence of improved skin after giving up dairy. However, there are scant peer-reviewed scientific studies linking dairy to acne or any other poor skin conditions. There is another school of thought – which disregards the lack of scientific research – that purports the protein in milk causes outbreaks in some people.
